Advisory
I work with leadership teams to align on what to communicate and when, before decisions move forward and confusion sets in.
My work begins before announcements are drafted.
I advise leadership teams navigating high-stakes organizational change, where alignment around the decision determines how communication is understood.
What I Do
I advise leadership teams during moments when decisions are still taking shape, and the cost of misalignment is high.
This includes restructures, leadership transitions, and other sensitive changes where timing, clarity, and internal alignment matter as much as the decision itself.
In these moments, communication does not break at the point of delivery. It breaks earlier, in the room where the decision is made, when leaders are not fully aligned on what the decision means, what it signals, and how it will be received.
That gap does not stay quiet. It surfaces in town halls, in manager conversations, and across the organization in ways that are difficult to correct once the announcement is in motion.
My role is to work with leadership before that point. I bring an external perspective that helps teams reach clarity on the decision, the implications, and the sequence in which it should be communicated.
The result is not just a stronger message. It is a leadership team that moves through the change, leading it, not chasing it.
Experience
For eight years at JPMorgan Chase, I led communications for enterprise-wide transformations affecting more than 50,000 employees across 60 countries.
My experience also spans agency leadership, corporate communications, and advisory work across sectors, including energy, infrastructure, financial services, and the arts. The stakes, audiences, and pressures differ across those contexts. The consequences of misalignment do not.
How I Work
I work in an advisory capacity with senior leaders while decisions are being shaped. The focus is on clarity, judgment, and sequencing.
We examine what the decision signals and how it will be interpreted across the organization. We identify where misalignment exists, where communication risk will surface, and what questions leadership has not yet been asked.
This is the point at which those risks can still be addressed rather than managed after the fact.
I help leadership teams reach clarity on the decision, the implications, and the order in which it should be communicated, so the organization moves forward from alignment, not confusion.
Ways I Support Leaders
I work with leaders at moments where communication choices shape trust and determine whether a strategy actually lands.

Leadership teams engage me when a significant decision has been made and the communication has not been fully thought through. Before the announcement is drafted, we examine what the decision signals, where alignment is weaker than it appears, and what questions it will raise that leadership has not yet answered. That work shapes the sequencing and the communication choices that follow.
The leaders who engage me avoid the confusion, the lost trust, the internal damage, and the weeks of cleanup that follow an announcement that was not ready. They move through the change, leading it, not chasing it.
